molti dei fan di Hilary Duff che la seguono dal 2006 ricorderanno probabilmente il titolo "It can't rain all the time"....infatti nel 2006 tantissimi fansite di hilary duff annunciavano la registrazione di questa canzone.
la canzone in questione (titolo tradotto "non può piovere tutto il tempo") sembrava dovesse avere un sound synth/pop e sottotoni hard rock...e figuravano come produttori Hilary Duff e moby..mentre come scrittori hilary duff e l'attore Parys silver..
ora ci chiediamo..che fine ha fatto questa canzone?...la notizia era una rumor o una delle tante canzoni snobbate dalla hollywood records??
